I have also been in June, which was a little bit packed this year, but only in the very high tourist areas. Which we could not avoid at one point ,as my freind and I had to meet somewhere, that I knew. But we had lots of fun. :-)Anne in Oxfordshirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14479380647784781207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7542106622490823914.post-13380592815731699002011-08-12T06:19:02.849-05:002011-08-12T06:19:02.849-05:00OH TAKE ME NOW!!!! We had mostly lovely days in the 70s but on this past Friday, the day before I left, there was a tremendous thunder storm with sideways rain. An hour later it was all cleared up again!

So glad you got the ice cream – it's hard to resist, especially with so many places offering it on the Ile Saint Louis. I joked to D that it should be called the Ile de Berthillon.

There were a lot of tourists but not unpleasant. Everyone was enjoying themselves. But as you say, September is probably much better. A return trip is in order! :) – gGeorgiannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02298718026210625558noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7542106622490823914.post-62439804587644867232011-08-09T03:15:05.974-05:002011-08-09T03:15:05.974-05:00Thanks for this report, Paris seems to be really c...Thanks for this report, Paris seems to be really crowded these days!Olahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06974463440732558398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7542106622490823914.post-38237663748255537992011-08-08T18:15:28.130-05:002011-08-08T18:15:28.130-05:00Trying to figure out if those leopard shoes are yo...Trying to figure out if those leopard shoes are yours.
